Good luck getting ahold of them
I wanted to cancel my card with them. Their customer service phone number they give you does not work.
There is no other way to get ahold of them. It took me 2 1/2 hours to figure out how to get ahold of them. By email provided by someone. Opensky was not happy this person gave me their email address, guessing so customers cannot reach out to them to cancel their card, etc.
So going to put the email address so if anyone else has this same issue, you can get ahold of them this way. Makes you wonder about this company if they don't want you reaching out to them...Used them for 2 years and wanted out, they make it super difficult to do that and it should not be that way at all.

Wouldn't recommend them for this reason alone. Sketchy is the word that comes to mind with this company

So now the payment was posted on the second and was taken out of my KeyBank account. I called them.
They said the funds would be released on the 10th. Well here we are today and they made a payment reversal against my payment. My KeyBank account is still missing the money and now they charged me some kind of *** fee for the reversal, these people are really playing with fire. This is the absolute worst company I’ve ever dealt with.
They are absolutely trash and I hope nothing but the absolute worst for them they *** twice they’ve done this reversal thing to me and *** me on my money. Well I’m gonna go duck them now.
